Dubbed a quiet achiever who has made a significant contribution to the Coffs Harbour community, Mrs Ruthnam was presented with her award on Monday by Member for Coffs Harbour, Andrew Fraser.
“The awards give the community an opportunity to recognise the important role and achievements of women in NSW,” Mr Fraser said.
“Mrs Ruthnam works tirelessly to ensure that Baringa Private Hospital provides high quality medical assistance and care to the people of Coffs Harbour.
“She is a highly dedicated medical professional who takes a proactive approach to ensuring the facilities available at Baringa Private Hospital keep pace with the clinical needs of the general community.
“It was my great pleasure to present the certificate to Mrs Ruthnam yesterday in front of a number of staff of Baringa and in the presence of Malcolm Passmore, the NSW Regional Operations Manager of Ramsay Health Care.”
THANKS: Andrew Fraser together with Coffs Harbour Woman of the Year Elizabeth Ruthnam and Malcolm Passmore from Ramsay Health Care.
